We offer 8 types of thermal pad :

Thermal pad - Multizone 10x15cm
- Cold use : reduces oedema, calms inflammation, reduces the sensation of pain. Recommended for sprains, bruises, dislocations, strains, haematomas.
- Hot use : reduces muscular or joint pains. Relaxing effect. Recommended for muscular pains and tensions, lumbagos, menstrual pains.

- Cold use : sprains, oedemas, carpal tunnel syndrome, tears, blows, haematomas, bruises, inflammations, muscular pains after training.
- Hot use : muscular pains, contractures, joint pains (arthrosis).
Thermal pad - Knee 22x30cm
- Cold use : joint pains, arthrosic pains, sprains, pains before and after exercise, post-operative inflammation, tendonitis, bursitis.

Thermal pad - Neck & shoulders 32x45cm
- Cold use : shoulders and trapezius pain.
- Hot use : muscle pains (neck pain), stiffness, muscles contractures (torticollis).

What are the heating times for thermal pads ?
Instructions for cold use

Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the pad to the painful area for at least 20 minutes with 20 minutes breaks between applications. Check to make sure the temperature of the pack is suitable before application.
Instructions for hot use

Place the thermal pad at the centre of the microwave oven. Make sure that the edges do not touch the walls of the microwave oven. Heat the thermal pad according to the temperature and indicated time. The temperature of the product can be higher at its edges. lt is advisable to knead it in order to distribute heat all over the product. To avoid burns always touch test the pad softly to determine uniform and safe heat levels prior to use. If the thermal pad is too hot, allow it to cool down. If more heat is required, reheat for additional time as indicated in the table, by turning it over on the opposite face, until temperature is reached for comfortable application. Knead the pad before reheating to make the temperature evenly distributed. Apply the pad to the painful area for at least 20 minutes with 20 minutes breaks between applications.
What is the composition of thermal pads ?

- Filling : Glycerin, Water, Sodium Polyacrylate
How to clean my product ?

Wash the gel pack with soap and water, let it dry. Check that there are no punctures. The product must be washed by hand only. It is not machine-washable.
How to store my product ?

We recommend keeping your product in its original packaging, in a clean and dry place (temperature between -20 and 30 degrees) This will prolong product life. Do not leave your product in the freezer for long periods. However, you may keep it in the refrigerator so that it is always fresh and ready to use.
